Liquid vanilla is obtained by processing these Beans and during this process a certain percentage of alcohol is released that helps preserve it. Ground vanilla arises from the dehydration of the Beans and their grinding. As additional information, to obtain one kilo of processed vanilla, five kilos of green Beans are needed, which is why it acquires a high value in the market.
